About the Role:
As an Account Manager on our team, you’ll play a key role in growing our business by delivering exceptional sales and service to our clients. You will engage with customers to discover opportunities, close sales, and build lasting relationships that support both their insurance needs and our agency’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth through proactive customer interactions
  • Identify client needs and present appropriate insurance solutions
  • Maintain and nurture strong client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals and contribute to a positive office culture
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Insurance licenses in Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health required prior to start
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively
  • General computer proficiency and comfort with technology
  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred but not mandatory

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
